Rear Suspension Front Sub Frame Mounts

I think I have found one of the clonking noises on me car. I have been told that its the front bushes on the rear suspension sub frame. I have also been told thats its expensive as well. The rear bushes were replaced about 18 months ago.
Is possible to fit these on a DIY basis.

The car is a 1995 zx 1.4i

Thanks a lot for that, the job seems fairly straight forward. I think ill have a go at that myself, as it will save the best part of £200.
