Count me in....

Work hours can be quite random so I can't confirm what dates I'd be free. However...

5th Sept - Coupe Club at Gaydon

so can't do then. Kev are you sure the CXM is that weekend? I thought it was weekend of 18th/19th?

CXM Rally is 4/5 Sept. And so is Duxford's Battle of Britain Show incidentally.

My preference would be for 9/10 October as there's an event then too: their Autumn Air Show which is often good with surprisingly better weather than the September gig.

Nothing wrong with Duxford but if you want somewhere more personable where you get much closer to the action what about http://www.shuttleworth.org/

Oh dear,

What on earth led me to believe it was the 18th/19th....

In which case I've double booked myself.

I almost have... but thats another story

Currently I am in Beaune. At the Chateau in the next town, Savigny-Les-Beaune, there is a quirky private collection of motorcycles and French military jets We could meet there another time

Sounds great. That's north of Lyon near Dijon isn't it? I drove an XM from the other side of Geneva to Calais and seem to remember signs to it.

Yes, about 30 minutes south of Dijon. However, we had better get this thread back on topic before anyone notices

Good idea, sir.

So, how's it looking for October 9/10. (The Sunday's probably best?)....
