Xantia 1.9TD rear spheres/suspension not working!

I'm having trouble with the rear of my xantia jumping around nonstop. I realized my spheres are out of date. So now I need you guys to tell me how I can check if my spheres are still usable so that I can repressurize them, because new spheres here in my country are very expensive, and ofcourse there is always the question: are those spheres original french?

So if anyone has any ideas on how I can do this please let me know!

Do the spheres have a number code on them that commences with "96"?
