Anti roll bar for AX 1.1TRS?

I was looking for a pair of anti roll bar for my ax. One of the UK dealer told me that I can install the front one, coz the rear one was block by the torsion bar. While I was looking for the rear anti roll bar and its axle or link-arm , and what's the price like and etc. By the way, can anyone tell me what's the purpose of torsion bar?
