Just noticed today that under hard acceleration and then changing gear I did get puff of smoke from the exhaust from 1995 zx 1.4i with 76000 miles. However when I accelerated hard again later to see if it did it again it didnt. Anyone have any ideas becuase im think among the lines of valve stem seals or maybe valve guides.
If im correct, how long would you say i could run the engine like this before it caused problems with cat and emmisions.
