1999 xantia blower problems

blower works on step 1 and 2. step 3 works 3 to 4 sec. and then stop. step 4 stop.
in auto the blower stop at step 3. aircon works fine.
help :( :( :(

Welcome to our blowers ! :twisted:

Tighten the plug into the blower under the dash above the passenger floor.
If it’s dodgy, the connectors of the thick wires will be blackened.
