Hi All.
Just had a look at 'Old Guy's' sphere table and couldn't see a reference for a non-hydractive 1997/98 2.1TD SX. I want to change the four corner spheres, can anyone help me out with the GSF numbers? I want to check they are giving me the correct spheres (no offence GSF). Do they do comfort spheres for the 2.1???

Ok so I assume it's a mystery to everyone else on the forum. Martin at Pleide will be sorting out the choppy ride on Tuesday..

Sorry, no it's not a mystery at all!!! I've not been around for a couple of days for various reasons, mainly connected with kids and Universities. Otherwise I'd have replied...
Non-Hydractive 2.1TD spheres are the same as for the non-hydractive 1.9TD. Or for that matter any non-hydractive Xantia in practice
Comfort spheres can be made by Martin. Simply over-inflate them a bit

Thanks for that Jim.. I must say I am now envious of my Son's car.. smashing engine and gearbox and he just had the A/C regassed and it shows mine up. He will be looking for a replacement alloy, he has one with rim damage. I would consider swapping my daily commute for a 2.1TD (BMW 523SE).

Sorry, I've not been around for a couple of days. Will correct the sphere table ASAP (and publish as a PDF).
