To check and fill the hydraulic reservoir, the engine must be running.
Move the suspension height control lever to HIGH (rear-most position) and wait for the supension to rise fully.
The orange 'mushroom' indicator should now be between the two lines on the sight glass (sometimes it gets stuck and needs a gentle tap to get it to in register properly).
Topping-up is a lot easier from a small plastic jug (e.g. ½L) half-full of LHM than trying to pour from a 1L bottle or a 5L can. Top up slowly until the indicator is about half-way between the two marks.
If you over-fill, the surplus just leaks out of the top of the reservoir making a mess but doesn't harm the hydraulic system. The same thing happens if you fill to the top mark and indulge in some spirited cornering.
Remember to return the height control to NORMAL before driving off!
Too slow!!!
