Radiator Filler Cap

Hi

I've had a 2002 Citroen 2.2Hdi C5 Exclusive 83000miles for 3 weeks now. Thought I'd check the oil and water. Found the oil dip stick - easy. But as for the water filler cap for the radiator?
Could someone describe where it is? Maybe point me to a site that has some sort of engine layout? I have googled for a haynes manual but they do not do one for this model.

There is a Haynes manual available for the C5, its quite handy at times.

You will find the coolent tank under the plastic cover on the left side of the engine bay. The cap is through the cover so no need to remove the cover to access the cap. However you might want to remove the plastic covering to see exactly where the coolent level is. You can just a say see the level through the side of the tank without moving the covering.

Dont confuse this with the LDS suspension fluid tank, this is in front of the coolent tank towards the headlight. Do not put coolent in there!

The LDS tank is completely covered by the Off side cover, only the Coolant Cap is visible - thats if the covers are fitted...

Its a Black Cap, with a diagram of high pressure if opened when hot..
