c5 2.2 hdi immobiliser fault

my c5 2.2 hdi auto wont start, immobiliser fault comes up on dash ive had the keys re-coded and still nothing - could it be the transponder aerial- nobody seems to know, even the rac and a local diagnostic company cant help. ive checked the fuses in the glove box but not sure if theres any other fuses in the car.
any ideas?
please help......

Hi theres fuses under the bonnet aswell right hand side under the plastic cover. remove the cover and youl see them also if you lift the fuse box out altogether theres maxi fuses on the side of the fusebox aswell. Does the central locking work of the key

You could try a new aerial anyway, they are less than a tenner & they don't need to be programed.
