Synergie Diesel fuel Pump

My 1996 Synergie diesel fuel pump is knackered. Does anyone have any good info on which companies will hold spares of this item. I have tried e- bay and various scrap yards but to no avail any help would be greatly appreciated....

Is it an XUD engine? If so should be similar to other Citroens of the time.

how can you tell if it's a XUD engine? off the chassis number?

It's almost certainly an XUD given the year (96) , the HDi and DW8 were not 'out' then.

A pic of said engine will confirm though just to be sure (you never know what previous owners have done) , as there was a 205 (!) HDi around Derby a couple of years ago...
