Hi,
thanks for all of your help previously. Am I right in thinking that the timing belt is changed at the 100,000 service?
Cheers,
Kieran

Yes! At 100,000 miles or 80K in adverse conditions. The belt won't be included in the service but will only be done if requested as an extra job. I reckon most guys would have the belt changed before that mileage. Mine is planned for 70K.Kieran wrote:

Assuming it's a diesel yes it's 100,000 miles, The petrols are 80,000 miles.Kieran wrote:Hi,

I need to get mine booked in for its cambelt and waterpump to be changed, now on 72K miles, dont really want to leave it much longer.
I think the later diesels, 2.0HDi 16V and 1.6HDi, are supposed to go for 150K miles without a belt change.
