Antiroll bar

One of my antiroll bar bushes under the car (passenger side) has split, causing a horrible rattle over bumpy stuff!! How easy is it to replace? Do i do both sides? Thanks.

Its the one thats visible from under the front of the car!( not very mechanicaly minded sorry!!) it points down to the floor!!

standing up on end behind each front wheel???? with a ball joint at each end
