My Diaxia (hybrid Diag2000) screen is a tad dim in normal daylight and trying to read the screen is proving problematic in sunlight.
It's made worse by the fact there's two layers of screen protection that are stuck together with some sort of adhesive and over the years, has begun to peel away a bit like a poorly applied window tint, if you know what I mean.
I've tried re-pressing them together and it improves screen visibility as the air is driven out but it doesn't stay stuck any more due to contamination.
Frustrated with it, I gently peeled the two layers apart and cleaned off all the residual glue.
Does anyone know of a product or technique that'll allow me to re-glue them together without affecting their opacity?
Perspex adhesive

We use something at work that is perfectly clear BUT it needs curing with a fairly powerful UV lamp.
I'll ask what it is in the morning and may be able to obtain a 'sample'.
We use it to apply the glass/plastic 'crystals' to the glazing unit in door panels.
WBGP
Unfortunately you need Silverlight to view the 'virtuoso' door panels and I ain't got it, perhaps you have?
(it is supposed to be cross-platform compatible with 'Mono' but that's Microsoft for you )

OK, got some adhesive but the guys were unsure as to how suitable it would be for plastic so you may need to experiment a bit with it.
I obtained two vatieties, one which will cure in daylight (they both will but the other one takes longer) the other under UV light and sunbed type lights will work.
I also picked up some pieces of glass the try the stuff out on.
If you PM me your address I'll try and get them packed up and despatched but I'm babysitting tonight so may not manage it.
If you are going th the Wetherby meet I could hand them over there if that would suit you?
