front wing help

1994 Model Peugeot 405 , some scum has battered my front wing is this an easy repair to remove and replace with a second hand one , or is the wing actally welded on ???

I think it's bolted on.

If you open the bonnet and look down the join between the wing and the inner wing, you'll see the bolts - if it's bolted on. If it's welded, you won't. You may find that even if it is bolted, you'll need to also remove the door to gain access to all the bolts. A close examination will reveal all.
