C5 Exclusive SE 2.2 HDI estate 2002

Post by wizardsend »

Is there anyone with a lexia, within reasonable distance from North Norfolk,
that would be willing to plug it in to my C5 just to see if it can communicate
with the car.

I feel that it is a good idea to have one, but as its not peanuts, I am
concerned it may not work with my model / year.

I have tried a friends diagnostic OBD2 machine but it didn't register at all.
I was told that they only work with diesels from 2004 onwards.

So it will be worth a drive to put my mind at rest concerning the Lexia.
Thanks

Hi,

Chinese Lexia 3 works fine with my 2001 2.2, 2006 2.0 C5s and 1.4hdi C3.

So do not see why yours should not be ok.
