Hi again, you might know I've been having trouble with a leaky LHM pump
After much research and also searching of this forum I have discovered thanks to a nice diagram I need the seal with the part no 0000402688.
ebay have some, but only come in a pack of 10 and Ill be damned if I am paying £16 for them if I don't need 9! (especially as money is a bit tight for me at the moment) My local dealership is a bit of a joke, and I'm really busy with work over the next few days to be running around and ringing specialists.
The favour I ask is if anyone has a spare of the same seal that they are willing to post to me.. I will of course pay handsomely for the time and trouble, either by cheque or paypal!
Thank you thank you thank you!!
Massive favour to ask..

0000402687 is if one of the torx caps are leaking.
0000402688 is for the one with a pipe coming out of it and the blanking hex on the other side.
I could do with a couple for my pump, so if you can confirm which ones are leaking on your pump I'll phone Perrys tomorrow and get them ordered.
Vince, GSF is the only place I know to get pipe seals, but to my knowledge the pump seals are dealer only.

Quick update:
Just as I was about to purchase some seals for 8 quid, a friend managed to find a cheap 2nd hand pump for 20 quid. Thought I might as well get the pump and replace my old one. I spent all morning fitting it and servicing the car myself. I couldnt get the belt back on until I realised there are 2 tensioners for the belt, how silly I felt once I worked it out!
But the car is now like new, and rides like its on glass, hasn't felt this good since I owned it. Oil, oil filter and fuel filter hadn't been changed in a good couple of years as the previous owner used the car as a workhorse. Now it is much smoother, almost like a petrol engine!
Tomorrow's to-do list is to change the gearbox oil, have a close look at the condition of the clutch and swap front and rear tyres around
