C5 III - blinking headlight telltale

Had my lights on manual the other day and twice the dashboard dipped beam telltale started pulsating like it was a turn indicator and just as regular. Side light telltale steady.

Given that it was daylight, raining hence the lights, I don't think the lights themselves were actually pulsating - but I can't be 100% sure.

Anyone?

Are all the lights actually working or where they working when the teltale was flashing ? This is usually an idication of a bulb failure or bad connection at the bulb.

As far as I know they were. They are now. Bit hard to tell at the time in daylight at 130kph on the Autobahn
