C4 Coupe door trim removal

I've spotted and removed three screws holding the offside door trim to the door on my C4 Coupe. The ******* thing won't budge. How do I get the thing off?

The internal door trim.

they're normally held on by bullet clips around the edge of the card that have to be pulled hard out of the door, then the card can be slid upwards.

If you slip a screwdriver under the edge of the card and slide it along the edge of the card you will feel resistance at the clips. You can then use the screwdriver to lever the clips out.
