c5 clutch slip

hello all.ive got a 03 reg c5 110 hdi.got the clutch replace last july to the tune of 900 euro,shocking.it had to be done again 6 weeks later(free of charge) as there was something fault with it.for the last few months it has been slipping from time to time.the cluth pedal has always had little or no free play.it would do it one day and it be grand the next day.might do it in 3rd gear and be grand in 4th or might only do it in 5th.has anyone had any experience of this or know what should be done with it?thanks in advance.

did they change the DMF?

yes,changed the dmf also.
