fault on Treg electricks starts ok but now and then radio defaults to cd clock looses info head ahd tail lights flash dash warning lights flash sometimes no acceleration ang temp gauge reads high have lost rear lights the radio also cutsout when i brake but then the car will drive ok
have tried the earths and relays help please this driving me nuts

Take main battery leads off and carefully check them (both ends) , pay special attention to the earth leads.

Remember you need a good earth to both the body and the engine (gearbox it is bolted to normally)

Thanks for the info I have tried the earths and relays before but will give it another go. Would an earth fault effect the speedo and rev counter? because when this happens they drop to zero or go full deflection

Yes earthing faults can have some very very strange effects :)

Look around fusebox for any earths there too (unlikely to have broken) under dash drivers side.

tried earths again with no joy. looks like unit called body service interface unit which is hidden behind the fuse board in the drivers foot well
this controles everything and gives symptons as I discribed,
a company called bba reman do repairs so I will give that a go

thanks for your advice I will let you know if it works
