405 Auto solex carb auto choke

thanks DLM aready done the coolant thing and apparantly GSF say that the manual choke convertion is only available for models with a weber carb unless anybody out there knows differently

I've seen earlier Solex carbs converted on the BX (same carb/engine) - but couldn't give you a source for the conversion. Was that a local GSF branch who gave the advice, or Andyspares itself? The advice can vary dependent on local knowledge.
The conversion I've seen on Solex carbs keeps the coolant pipes in place AFAIR but substitutes manual control. A local factor had some when I last looked...
