C5 2.0 HDI 136 oil sump plug washer size?

What's the 2.0 HDI oil sump plug washer size for this engine? Is it 16mm?

Out of interest, is the washer the type with a rubber insert in the centre? I can't remember the name at the moment. Creeping old age y'know...
