Well what's happened?

I have been away a while come back, and see this car up for sale, it's been interesting reading about it, and all the work, and care that has gone into to it.

How come it's up for sale, could it be because of the ST?

That post was made on the 2nd Feb, and its now sold. It had to go because of the new car, that didnt make the decision any easier as it was a cracking car.

Yes point taken about the post date.

Shame to see it go, and I posted while in a state of  about the surprising news, I have also now also read about the other info on this since in another section.

Good luck with your new car!

Will you be tuning that also!

The Mondeo ( typed in Mon**o appears to have been edited by forum setting unlike in your signature) is in the same size range as the Xantia, so it's like you have traded across size wise, but how does the performance compare?

Yes he is already on the forum.

Mondeo is a bit bigger than the Xantia, but only 20-30kg more.

For some reason Mon Deo is in the swear filter, bit annoying.

The ST is quick, especially once in 3rd, continuous power. Pulls from 6th @ 25mph/900rpm without complaining, very flexible, smooth and refined.
