The only one I've used is the Forte one a few years ago.
Normally I'd just hose everything out a few times and not use any chemical cleaners.
From memory:
Remove themostat, refill with just water and flushing solution, obviously bleed as normal.
Run engine for about half an hour at a fast idle (say about 1200rpm)
Drain and allow to cool
Give it a really good hosing out (backflush heater matrix / radiator etc) , at least take a couple of hoses off and poke the hosepipe in and flush any stuff out.
(I did this on a 306 and to save the "fun" with the bottom hose I pulled the other end off and jammed the hose in there to get it back-flushed out the top!)
Give it another good hosing out if needed.
Refit thermostat, refill with coolant, bleed etc.
Check for leaks!
Done.
