where is the ECU connector on a C5 RHD

where is the ECU connector on a C5 RHD

Can any one tell me wher the ECU connector is on 2005 C5 i have looked under the steering wheel and connot see it , I have not pulled off any padding covers

What ECU connector are you looking for? i.e.engine, airbags etc

If you're looking for the connector to read the ECU with a Lexia (or similar) then this is in the glovebox, with the fuses, behind a small panel.

does this connector then communicate with all the ecu's.
how many ecu's have the C5 got ?.

All the ECU's can be read from here. I can think of at least 22 ECU's off hand on a 2005 C5 (depending on what spec the car is).

found the connector, thanks
i am thinking about getting the lexia kit, any advise ?

The little diagnostic plug your meaning?

If anyone else is wanting to know, its in the glovebox behind the fuse box cover. Pull off the peice of trim with the little pocket attached and its just behind there.
