Scenic Caliper

Hi folks. I managed to do a very silly thing today and catch the rubber gaitor on the rear left caliper if my missus 1.6 petrol Grand Scenic on somehting while changing pads. It's now torn and leaking fluid so needs sorting.

I'm lead to believe a repair kit can be gotten to replace the gaitor, but finding it is provign hard. Anyone got any ideas? Or am I going to have to bite the bullet and get a whole new caliper?(which is not all that easy either , nowhere seems to have them)
