Renault 25 Automatic Transmission fail

Everybody hi!
I have R-25 2,2i (J7T),1988 year, automatic transmission (MJ3).
And I got problem with AT - it starts drive from 3 gear, and when "parking" selected or "neutral" - back lights everytime shines like when You select R. What it could be?

Also when get warm after some drive time - R wont select, and car stand still, when cold - its ok with R.

and here is an answer - multifunction switch in AT body, It has 2 little buttons which go ON or OFF depends on selector level,so they get old and erased for few mm, new multifunction swith cost about 700 USD,I can fix a problem by adding few mm of plastic, BUT I dont know what lenght should be of those buttons
