Hey all, just got back from finland. got back to find that I have been made redundant so im afraid to say that the xant is now going up for sale.

Welcome to the crazy world of 'jobseekers'. I got laid off at the end of October but luckily don't have to sell the citbus just yet.

Hope something comes along soon, you may yet get to keep your Xantia.

I have to pay for my disabled mums care and a morgage plus the normal bills, my partner also works for the same company and shes lost hers too so im afraid I have no option, trust me im gutted!

My son's girlfriend needs a new car as she has just secured a new job and is not at the same workplace as him anymore.

Unfortunately no amount of persuasion or arm twisting will make her consider a Xantia.

Most of the forum members will be familiar with the car and what has been done to it but there is a long thread here with extensive descriptions.
