The computer "box" died unexpectedly when its onboard graphics driver decided to cark after six years of service... Work was flat out and I had no free time for fixing a computer until Saturday evening.
Now we're just closing a three day weekend and I managed to rest up slightly (not!
Now, I normally say the Xantia is quite comfy but I had a fair workout shovelling and finishing a truckload of concrete on Wednesday (40-odd barrows' worth) so the backside already was well-tired. Add ten hours in the saddle and a case of "Citro-Bum" was bound to happen!
The rear muffler finally died last weekend, so this week I had a replacement fitted - cost was about £215 all up - it's much better now in terms of engine noise levels. Also fitted the four pronged Beru plugs and new Valeo coil pack (a world of fiscal hurt, there). Fuel economy's not too bad at present; the oxygen sensor could do with changing though.
Anyway, seeing that I am always geeing people up to get out there and do things, it seemed fair to show my own commitment wasn't shy.
Cheers, Adam.
