just watching this, there was a car made on a unique chassis, he put a fibre glass camaro body on it and what looks like a subaru boxer engine in the back to balance the weight for water.
very clever car the transition from land to water was seemless he didn't slow down just flicked a switch once in the water and the wheels raised and exhaust switched to a water jetting system
can do 50mph on the water and 100mph on land, very impressed
