Oh yes, I can see it now.......... pink and cream piped seats inside..........

Got round to replacing the front marker lights with LED's yesterday, something I've been wanting to do for a while, what a pain in the rear........ the near side one is a doddle, but the offside, you have to loosen the LDS tank from the top mounts, remove part of the plastic under the bonnet and still use two hands to hold the bulb and twist it, whilst at the same time holding the LDS tank out of the way........ french cars........ #-o

I spent most of yesterday, going through the garage, finding bits and bob's I no longer have need of from other Car's I've had in the past, It always amazes me why we keep such things, what the hell am I going to use a single foglight off a facelift C5 for :?: why Have I got a full set of 407 estate mudflaps ?? (I've never had a 407 estate) Having said that I also found some parts I'd been storing for Paul, so those are in the C6 ready for next time I see him.

Anyway, enough rambling for today, I'm off to fix the water feature..........

The big one in the sky needs fixing too whilst you're at it. It seems to be dumping water on us today...

Well after tolerating the squeal from the brakes for long enough, I finally got round to changing the pads at the rear, as you can see they were beginning to come apart.

I then tackled the other side which were even worse

They actually have come apart, I've noticed a bump stop has gone too....... That's now on order at the princely sum of £38

Getting genuine OEM pads, I'm not putting cheap replacements in.

I don't know if I could honestly blame the parts, seems a little harsh considering the life they have had :)

I agree, I'm more annoyed at myself for not checking them before, I'm putting it down to not using the car as much as I used to do...

I was asked if I would like to do a photo/Video shoot for AutoTrader called "Used Car Heroes" so I went and did this yesterday, and had a fantastic time, luckily I remembered to take my camera...... I'm told the release date for the Video and Pictures is the end of July or beginning of August, I'll let you know more when I do
