PSA 1525 diesel head bolts

hi can anyone tell me what the torque settings and sequence for the 1525 diesel non turbo engine.please guy's. ps are the bolts single use or reuseable? it's for friend hes just got for daughter and cacked head up with bottom pulley jumping woodroff key after doing T'belt.did tell him but never listens he's only been in the motor trade 50 odd years?

i cant remember the torque and angular settings of hand but can check when i get to my workshop,

the bolts im sure are streach bolts which you are ment to mesure to check if they are within the tolarance,

i also have for sale a brand new TUD5 engine still on the pallet it came from the factory on, this comes with a new oil filter and cam belt

this engine is brand new not a re/con,

and i belive it was around 3K new

i was trying to sell it a while back for around 750 but open to sensible offers
