Hi Guys
Our 2005 C4 2l HDi Exclusive 5 door has decided only to provide air through the windscreen vent regardless of settings. This happens when set to auto or manual selction of vents. It is not just the screen clearing button selected. That does seem to have some effect in that if the fan speed is set manually then you press the screen button the fans go to the expected high speed.
Does anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking that to get at the works I would need to remove the center console and maybe the radio?

We had exactly the same problem on a Peugeot 407 pool car at work, which is pretty much the same car as yours, I think. 
The garage cured it while I waited by plugging into their computer and resetting the appropriate ECU. The same fault then developed again a few weeks later in involving another reset but it's now been OK for over a year.

Citroenless at the moment. CX or GS that is my dilemma!
