Citroen C15 Vans

Unread post by farmer.palmer »

I am new to this site and am thinking about buying a C15 van.

I understand that two different payload versions were made, the 600 and the 800. How can you tell the difference between the two?

Did the 800 have a stronger chassis?

The drivers door on every van I have looked at seems to have dropped and strikes the door pillar, is this a common fault?

Cheers

The 600 doesn't have power steering.

Its normally down to the hinge pin needing to be relocated within the hinge. I had two C15D's, great van's very economical with a smooth ride, I only sold my second one as I needed a third seat.

Thanks for the responses so far....

Are there any differences to the chassis? i.e. more steel, different design, different suspension springs etc

cheers
