CITROEN XSARA PICASSO 1.8 EXHAUST

just abit info i got a new exhaust for my xsara picasso 1.8i petrol from ebay here is a pic of it ,need to know on pic does that little pipe i marked red fit into cat,if so the one i got did not so i cut it off,my old one i took off was the same without the little pipe sticking out,just now it seems to be blowing abit,

Can't see why your image wasn't working other that you had html code off.
