economy mode

what does this mean economy mode, poped up on me dash when i was playing radio every think went off,

It means that the auxiliary electrical devices (radio etc) have been shut down to conserve battery power. Happens about 30mins after switching off the ignition IIRC.

This is where the on board computer shuts down the electrical things to save battery power after about 30 mins. It comes out of economy mode as soon as you start the engine.
