Correct, the AUX belt must be changed at 36k or 3 years. If it breaks, it will take the cam belt with it and it's new engine time. A lot of dealers confuse it with the cam belt and will tell you it need done every 5 years or 72k, don't listen to them.

Are you thinking of doing the cam belt? Apparently it's better left to a specialist as it's a very tricky and time consuming job, expect to pay £400-£500 to get this done.

Check the rear dampers, they often fail or leak on the 182 leading to unpredictable handling. The Trophy has remote reservoir Sachs dampers at the front. They are very expensive so if there's a problem with them go for a refurb/rebuild.

The exhausts usually only last 40k, check the joints round the back boxes.

Make sure you use a decent oil and one that's the correct grade, it's different from other Clios. Silkolene Pro 5w-40 is a popular choice.

Can't think of anything else right now.....look after it, it's a classic hot hatch. Make sure you get a good test drive :)
