Driver Seat for '93 ZX Reflex 3dr

Driver Seat for '93 ZX Reflex 3dr
The topic says it all really.... the frame on my drivers seat is shot, Citroen want 300 notes to replace it. Any ideas if I can swap it with the passenger seat easily, or where I can get a cheap seat?

Dont know about swapping, in the Visa you can but thats not much help 
A scrap yard/breakers would be the best bet. They would only charge about £10-15 for one but you may have to remove it yourself. The frames are probably different for 3/5 door models but just look up commerial car dismantlers/breakers/etc in the yellow pages and ring around a few.
Failing that try somewhere like http://www.findapart.co.uk
