3.5mm flaring tool

Does anybody know where i can get a 3.5mm & 4.5mm pipe flairing tool and a roll of 3.5mm copper pipe?

I have e-mailed plaiedes but have had no response from them

PLIADES used to sell the tools and possibly the pipe to, and GSF sell the rolls of pipe

N65972 BRAKE PIPE-50m ROLL OF 3.5MM HYD PIPE FOR CITROENS £75.00

Might be possible to use imperial 3/16" kunifer brake piping as substitute for 4.5mm piping though it is somewhat larger in diameter : 4.77mm.

At the time of writing http://www.ebay.co.uk/ list a Citroen 3.5 + 4.5 mm flaring tool at some £180.
