Saxo alarm

The internal movement alarm is faulty / too sensitive. Can it be adjusted or, possibly better still perminantly disabled. I know it can be disabled temp using the button on the dash. The fault prevents the use of the remote locking.

faulty ultrasonic sensors won't prevent the use of the remote locking.check the switch on the bonnet catch they quite often unclip themselves from the catch or the switch itself faulty,car thinks bonnet is open & sets off alarm/causes locking not to work.if the ultrasonic sensors do turn out to be faulty disconect them from the alarm E.C.U. (black box up behind dash at passanger side with 2 multiplugs).you have to locate the wires,they are 2core wires that split when they go into the plug
