Hi,
My main airbag warning light is flashing on my MkII Xantia HDI Sx.
The side airbag light comes on and goes off once the engine has started.
The main airbag lights up and then flashes allthe time. On the odd occasion it goes out, but then when I turn the wheel it comes back on again. That says to me that it is the drivers airbag at fault.
How or what the heck is causig it and, how can I sort it out?
Last year I did have to remove the dashboard, so is it a connector loose or something that could be broken?

Isn't there a rotary connector in the steering wheel? Sounds like a possible culprit if the light comes on when you turn the wheel.
I took a test drive of a Picasso a couple months ago which had a similar problem, with the added bones of the radio going into mute mode every time I turned a corner. Felt like a dodgy rotary connector to me, but the seller's response was "I'll get the lad in the workshop to turn off the airbag warning light"...
