306 Heater Matrix kaput

The car belongs to my freinds wife, so I've no easy way out of this one.

Anybody done this job? Got any tips?

I've tackled the same job twice on Xantia's before, please tell me it ain't that bad.

Unfortunately I think it's a complete nightmare. My neighbour mechanic had his 306 go, he's taken the whole dash out. It's been sat for months like that, obviously he can't face putting it all back together!

Have you tried one of the rad seal products yet, I have been lumbered with the very same job myself (306xtdt) and that will be my first move.
