Laguna II Front Wishbone Replacement

Anyone know if you can take any shortcuts to do this?

Paynes says you need to drop the subframe completely, including splitting the knuckle joint on the steering and the power steering pump pipes, what a ball ache to replace a wishbone.

What is it with these flamin French that they have to change convention all the time and make life difficult (wishbone above subframe ffs), do they really think we will go to the rip off dealers to get the work done?

So, rant over, short cuts (if any) greatly appreciated.
