Laguna no heat

P plate 1.8 laguna,
I found on the forums here where to find the resistor pack to rectify the flat out only blower fan for the heater but am still looking for info as to what may cause and how,where to start looking to remedy the complete lack of heat from the heater into the cabin.I can here changes in air direction when increasing the setting on the heat control but there is absolutely no heat coming from the heater.
Any suggestions as to where to start investigating would be appreciated.

Never thought of the obvious like backflushing the matrix.I was too wrapped up in thinking it was some kind of electrical problem.Will try it over the weekend and see what happens.Thanks for the reply.

Sometimes you get that pissed off you forget to eliminate the obvious, hopeit's nice and simple like that.
