Light green Activa on the A10 today

Unread post by DickieG »

I had a rare spot today around 10.30am travelling northbound towards Buntingford by way of a W reg Activa in light green, not only did it have the Activa badge on the bootlid but it was being used with a fair degree of spirit through roundabouts which revealed it was the genuine thing :D is it anyone on here?

Hi DickieG....

I have only just joined the forum after finding it last week...

 Hand ups ....It was me, I checked my diary and indeed I was in that
exact spot at that time...traveling back from a meeting just 10mins away from there in Hertfordshire...what a small world hey...

Its a 2000 W, I wasn't to sure on the green when I took the plunge but most people who see it really like it, only had 72k on the clock when I got it...overall a nice example but reading on here I think the rear ram bush needs replacing...

Cheers....

Gav...

Hi Gav, welcome to the forum, the colour of your car is very rare for an Activa, from where I was looking it looked to be in good order.

Re your other topic on a rattle from the rear its almost certainly down to the little bush at the bottom of the roll corrector ram.

Corners, bends just what the Activa loves, and great to hear that it was driven appropriately!
