Hi Tobi, I thought I would start a new thread as it seems a few Forum members are tying themselves in knots over your car tyres.
I buy my tyres from a company called ASF Tyres (UK) Ltd. They are based in Jarvis Brook, East Sussex and only have one outlet.
I have just had a look on the Vredestein website and I would think, if you emailed them, they would gladly tell you who sells their tyres in the UK, near to you. I would be surprised if they did not. Nice website, though.
I know that Mr T Farmer and his bunch of muppets, K**k-F*t, used to sell Vredestein, but as I had a bad experience with the company, I never recommend them.

Thanks Handyman, have emailed them now so hopefully I'll get a reply. Like you, I am not too keen on Kwik-Fit and the like...
That other thread is making my head hurt

Sorry ive complicated things on the other thread
Online sites to try are: mytyres, black circles and valuetyres.
If you buy online sometimes they have places local who can fit them for you, which would be in with the tyre price. Or your local tyre fitter should be able to fit and balance tyres for around £7.
What i do is find the tyres i want online and see if my local tyre dealer can match the price. They usually always do, online tyres are not that often cheaper.
Id never go to kwik-fit, they are always over priced. They will be for you as you dont want the normal tyres they have in stock.
My local tyre fitter didnt have a problem with getting mine, in fact i ordered them one morning and they had came in by the afternoon!
I paid about £115 fitted for a pair of Vredestein sportrac3s, for the 195/65/15 size, V rated.

Sorry to drag this thread up again but have just been looking on Camskill's site and found some Sportrac 3s for £55 each. Good plan to get these and get a local garage to fit them for me?
Thanks
Thanks

Very handy, Thanks.
So just to confirm, Camskill are reputable? If so I will get them mail order and get them balanced, fitted and alignment done by a garage.
