Megane heater fan

Hi,i have a 05 megane,the heater fan has a 4 position knob in the centre of the dash which has stopped working in positions 1-3 & only works in position 4. i assume this works on full power & 1-3 goes through resistors.Does anyone know how to get at the back to check it.
