2003 Renault Scenic Privilage 1.9 TD

Hi all. I need advice on how to remove the internal door trim/panel on the offside rear door. This is to replace the window up and down Motor/actuator which has failed. This is the 3rd such motor to fail but fortunately the first 2, in the front doors were in the guarantee period and as they were repaired by the main agent I didn't get to see how they removed the internal door panel. As I can also expect the 4th to fail I need to find out how to replace the motor myself.
The panel has no obvious fastenings but appears to have a join across the middle about half way up. Thanks in advance...Ron
