Any idea how to change a 306 brake light switch without having to take the complete dash out. many thanks

Remove the drivers seat complete.
Remove the steering wheel and the lower cowlings under the steering wheel.
Then its possible to bend down yourself - armed with a good workshop floodlight and lots of patience - and reach up to replace the switch.
Though I suspect there may behinderings I dont know of - from my LHD layout country
BTW : considered the huge work involved - replace the switch even if it looks good out in daylight
